Lions, Tigers,Bears and a Hairball

"In touch with the ground
I'm on the hunt I'm after you
Smell like I sound I'm lost in a crowd.
And I'm hungry like the wolf"

Deep down within a nondescript building at the Mt. Angel seminary, lies a fantastical room full of rare antiquities and brilliant taxidermy. See an image of Christ made up with only letters from the gospel! See a hair ball from a pig the size of a football! See an array of fragile and elegant egg shells! See a calf with legs on it's back! It is a hidden gem of the Pacific Northwest and if one is ever in the Mt. Angel area in Oregon we highly recommended this chamber of delightful oddities!
The worlds largest hairball

That was such a fun filled day even though the weather did not cooperate very well. I really learned a lot at this museum , but I can't believe that Owen has not been here before. It might be a while before he can see these amazing things but try to encourage him to take a look. It was a great day and we certainly did a lot. Always looking forward to the next visit. These animal pictures really turned out great. Just an expert photographer. Love always, MomCat
